India's leading two-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motors introduced the world's first CNG scooter at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. The company has showcased the concept model of its new model at the show. The look and design of this scooter is similar to the traditional Jupiter.
It operates seamlessly on both petrol and CNG, wherein riders can switch between fuels as needed.
This scooter is powered by a 124.8 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which produces 7.2 horsepower and 9.4 Nm of torque.
It can reach a maximum speed of 80.5 km/h, which ensures smooth performance for urban mobility.
It is equipped with a 2-litre petrol tank and also features a 1.4-kg CNG cylinder. Its compact design preserves under-seat storage space.
It has a combined range of up to 226 km. The CNG mode offers a remarkable 84 km per kg.
The operating cost can be as low as Rs 1 per km in CNG mode. It presents itself as an affordable and eco-friendly solution for city commutes.
Conservation programmes and community involvement have helped stabilise and increase the population.
The model comes with an LED headlight for better visibility. The modern design adds to the scooter’s appeal.
