The woman in the video is seen screaming and shouting after getting the COVID-19 vaccine
As much as vaccinations are necessary, those who suffer from 'Trypanophobia' are having a hard time. Trypanophobia is also known as fear of needles or anything that involves a medical procedure. VAccination is a compulsion and you cannot skip it.
One such woman who suffers from this phobia is going viral. She is seen screaming and shouting while getting a COVID-19 vaccine shot.
In the video, the woman is seen sitting at a vaccination centre wearing dressed in an orange saree with a pallu on her head. As as soon as the vaccine is administered, the colour of her face changes and she starts screaming loudly like a child implying that she is in a lot of pain. While she screams and shouts, others surrounding her are seen becoming nervous to take the jab.
Since the video has gone viral, people are making fun of the woman and doubting whether she really felt the pain or was it all drama and overacting. Many also pointed out that how can she be afraid of needles because her nose was pierced. However, the fear of needles is real and there are many who suffer from this fear.
Some days ago, a similar video had gone where a woman was held by two people as she got the jab administered.
