Imagine the plight of a daughter who knows her mother may lose her memory completely in the coming days and she decides to give her mother some last-minute happiness till she is able to feel and understand it. 

Such is the story of a brave woman named Stephanie Martin who took to Instagram to share her emotional side. The viral video of the woman has left netizens teary-eyed with lots of emotions and love for both mother and daughter.

As shared by Stephanie Martin, her mother was diagnosed with frontal temporal dementia and the doctor informed her that her mother has only a few years before she would completely lose her memory.

It was then that Stephanie decided to make the most of those moments. She planned to take her mother on a 10-day trip to Ireland to see the Cliffs of Moher, a place her mother had always wanted to see.

Stephanie shared some of her favourite moments from their 10-day trip on Instagram. The 17-second video is a compilation of some of their favourite moments from the trip. At times, the mother can be seen breaking down emotionally.
