Video of Bengaluru ragpicker talking in fluent English goes viral on social media - WATCH

A woman, who works ragpicker in Bengaluru, has gone viral on social media for her English speaking skills and soulful voice. An Instagram user named Shachina Heggar, uploaded a video on the social media app of the woman, identified as Cecilia Margaret Lawrence who speaks fluent English claimed she has lived in Japan for six years. 

Cecilia was found rag picking in Bengaluru's Sadashivnagar, and during a conversation with Shachina she started singing, leaving the latter amazed. While sharing the video, Shachina wrote, ”Stories are always around you. All you need to do is just stop and look around. Some beautiful and some painful, but hey, whats life without a few flowers …Want to get in touch with this amazingly spirited lady.. If any of you see her please get in touch with us.”

In another video, she wrote, "She s a Performer."

The video has gone viral on the internet and netizens are amazed by Cecilia. A user said, ”This is so inspiring… She is not alone… I loved how she said that she is not alone.. God bless her and you." Another wrote, ”I learnt a new lesson after seeing this video…. not to judge anyone by their appearance, everyone has a past and is going through something in their life.”

Many users pointed out that Cecilia is a regular at the Bengaluru's Holy Ghost Church on Sundays.

There is also a page named 'ceciliaed_always' on Instagram, with posts of people with different stories around the city. In the latest post by the page, it has a picture of a woman in purple sequin dress, with caption, "‘When life gives you tomatoes make a nice peppery tomato rasam.
