Two men fight violently over school principal's post in Bihar, video goes viral - WATCH

In a video that has now gone viral on social media, two men are seen fighting over a school principal's post in Bihar's East Champaran district. The incident happened in Motihari town at a state education department office on Wednesday and the video of the same went viral on social media. 

The situation turned violent when the two went to the education department's office to submit the documents after the school administration asked the same. The two men, Shivshankar Giri and Rinki Kumari, who was the husband of a rival teacher, got into an argument over who is more senior and qualified to take over as the school principal. The two men started verbally abusing each other and got into a physical fight, the video of which is now doing rounds on social media. 
  
In the video, it can be seen that Rinki's husband was holding Shivshankar down in “guillotine choke”, or a headlock, making the fight a wrestling session. Other than the two, three to four other persons are also present there trying to disband the fight.

Giri and Kumari had been looking to get the principal's post at a primary school in Adarpur for the past three months
