Chennai Super Kings (CSK) won the Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament, winning their fourth title after defeating the Kolkata Knight Riders on Friday. However, there was someone else who won the hearts of people on social media and it is none other than a fangirl of Mahi.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni who retired from international cricket in 2020 but can be seen playing in the shorter version of the game still manages to carry off his popularity in the same way as he did at the peak of his career. This was proved once again in Dubai during the match played between CSK and KKR.
During the finale, a girl fan of Maharaja of Ranchi stole the show in the stands. The fangirl held a placard that read, "MAHI TUM JAHA HUM WAHA." Proving once again that he is the Boss, her placard also stated that she had travelled all the way from the Southern Indian city of Chennai to Dubai to just watch Dhoni play.
The fan also begged Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team to get the cup home.

In no time the girl became an internet sensation and netizens are simply loving her cute gesture. One Twitter user wrote, "A fan travelled to Dubai from Chennai for MS Dhoni." Another tweeted, "I am already in the EMO zone just like this fan in the audience. Absolute truth."
Incidentally, the final match played between CSK and KKR was Dhoni's 300th game for Chennai Super Kings. Chennai won the match against Kolkata by 27 runs.
