We all know how much we despise going to hospitals. Moreover, if you are under the knife this becomes a nerve-wracking and anxiety-inducing experience.
So what happens when this comes out in the form of tears when you are about to undergo surgery? A woman from the United States has claimed that she was charged money for crying during her surgery. The woman took to Twitter to share her shocking experience leading to a huge outcry on social media.
Now netizens are asking serious questions about the intricacies and processes of the American healthcare system which has always been criticised for being too costly for people to afford.
The woman name Midge shared a photo of the invoice she received from the hospital following her basic mole removal procedure on her Twitter handle @mxmclain. What is striking about it is that the bill which had a breakdown of all the charges had one of the particulars named 'Brief Emotion' that was charged USD 11.

The woman was surprised by this extra charge and chose to share it on social media to make people aware of the health care system in the US. The tweet has already received 134.7K likes and 10.3K retweets and people are responding to it in different ways with some even giving funny replies.
