Eatery offers 'Fanta Omlette' and Internet is not happy, see video

What's your favourite breakfast? Bread butter, bread with peanut butter, French toast, Bread Omlette, or, Fanta Omlette...? No wait, netizens have not yet approved of the last but are you willing to try it out yet?

A shop in Gujarat's Surat sells Fanta Omlette and Internet has issues digesting the news of its existence. In a viral video uploaded YouTube, a food blogger visited a shop where he has shown how Fanta Omlette is made, it is sold for Rs 250. The video has been uploaded on the blogger's YouTube channel, India Eat Mania and has been viewed over 90,000 times. 

The food video has now gone viral on other social media platforms where netizens are disgusted with Fanta Omlette. 

A Twitter user named Eesha shared the video, and wrote, "Mom come pick me they're frying Fanta with eggs." and added, "Frying a carbonated drink in hot oil. Chemistry left the chat."

“So basically they put a carbonated drink to have the Carbon dioxide evaporate eventually leaving behind sugary water with flavour in it and giving the omelette a bubbly nature (exactly what baking soda does). Why do people pay Rs 250 for such nonsense?" a user replied, while another said, "Oh bhai!! Ek to itna oil n then Fanta!! Matlab kya?? Kyun??" 

While another user said, "Thank your stars, for they don't fry 'em eggs with Harpic!"

"People of Surat has a special power when it comes to eggs. I have seen coke with eggs too, so not much surprised here that it got replaced with Fanta. No idea where we humans are headed...," wrote a user.
