Dr Ruchi Sharma, Psychiatrist from Delhi believes after a year and a half, perhaps the time has come for the companies to prepare a model in which the interest of the employees along with that of the companies are also taken care of. This is because depression or work distress can decrease the performance of employees instead of increasing it.

71% of the people surveyed feel that working from the office instead of working from home will give them more favour from their boss and seniors. Some people feel that going to the office means being in touch and communicating with your boss daily. This will help to be in their good books and in turn help in promotion and salary rise. They feel that while working from home they can only be in touch with their bosses online which is not that fruitful.
