If you’ve just bought an AC or are planning to get one installed, hold on for a moment and find out the right place to keep the AC compressor — balcony or rooftop.
3.Be vigilant
If the compressor is not placed in the right spot, it can reduce the AC’s cooling efficiency. In fact, placing it incorrectly in high heat can even cause the compressor to burst.
4.Direct sunlight can damage the compressor
If you place the compressor in direct sunlight, it can reduce its lifespan. And if it overheats too much, it might even explode.
