Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress hits the gym regularly and shares the secret behind her fit and fabulous figure on social media as well.

Her workout session and gym routine is quite intensive and sources earlier suggested that this was a part of her prep for Khatron Ke Khiladi, but Hina religiously followed her workout in Bigg Boss as well.

She begins her session with a warm up, which includes stretching exercises and ends with a cool down session. Hina does a lot of TRX exercises that include push-up, mountain climber, squats and lunges done with TRX straps. Inspired by Neetu Kapoor, who looks amazing at the age of 60, Hina wants to continue looking fit and stay healthy. The TV sensation exercises committedly to strengthen her core muscles, legs and glute muscles.
