While India is still fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, Television shows are back on track. The cast and crew have resumed shooting their particular show in non-containment zones. They are able to shoot after following the safety protocols like social distancing.

Zee TV's daily shows 'Kumkum Bhagya' and 'Kunali Bhagya' have commenced shooting with limited crew. Colors TV shows like 'Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki', 'Choti Sarrdaarni', 'Barrister Babu', 'Shubharambh', 'Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story', and &TV's 'Ek Mahanayak Dr B.R. Ambedkar' and 'Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein' have also resumed shooting.

The shoots are taking place in Film City, Goregaon or around Naigaon. Actor Gracy Singh, currently seen in 'Santoshi Maa', told PTI, "Our temperature and body oxygen levels were screened. We welcomed each other with a namaste, followed by a quick catching up session. There were limited people on sets and we wore masks. At every point in and around the sets, there were sanitiser bottles and sprays." She added, "It was quite a distinct experience, but I am sure with time, we will get used to it."

'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' producer Asit Modi confirmed that the team would resume shoot soon. "In our show, we have a huge cast with different families. It is not easy to shoot, we are thinking of newer ways to incorporate that in the shoot," Modi said.

Star Plus shows 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay', 'Yeh Rishte Hain Pyar Ke' and 'Ye Hai Chahatein' are also back on track along with Star Bharat show 'RadhaKrishn'.
