Sidharth Shukla dies: Know all about the late actor's family

Actor Sidharth Shukla passed away on Thursday, Mumbai's Cooper hospital confirmed, where he was brought dead in the morning.

He is survived by his mother Rita Shukla and two sisters.

The late actor had lost his father Ashok Shukla to a lung disorder during his modelling days. He had posted a tweet on his father's death anniversary on February 11, where he had written: "Sometimes I wish I could erase this day from the calendar ..... but what does one do of the memories ...!"

He was often spotted with his mother Rita Shukla, who is a homemaker. His picture with her on winning Bigg Boss 13 had gone viral too.

Not much is known about his sisters, though.

Sidharth Shukla rose to fame with the hit TV shows 'Balika Vadhu' and 'Dil Se Dil Tak'. He was also paired opposite Alia Bhatt in the 2014 hit film 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' starring Varun Dhawan. The actor was also seen alongside Diljit Dosanjh in the 2018 movie 'Soorma'. He recently won the reality show 'Bigg Boss 13' and then there was no looking back for him. He also featured in a couple of music videos alongside Shehnaaz Gill and Neha Sharma. The actor made his OTT debut with Ekta Kapoor's insanely popular show 'Broken But Beautiful 3' in which he played the role of Agastya.
