The fact that Shweta Tiwari has gone through a major physical transformation is one that no one can deny. The actresses' major body transformation was especially evident when, on Tuesday, Shweta took to her Instagram stories to showcase her change. In an earlier post too, the actress had talked about her weight loss journey and how it wasn't an easy thing to do.

In an older post, Shweta had shared a picture with her nutritionist and talked at length about how she lost heaps of weight. Opening up about her journey, Shweta wrote, "Weight Loss! Phew... Weight loss is not easy...it’s very hard!You need lot of dedication lot of self control and will power! But it is not impossible Also! Especially when you have people like @kskadakia in your life,Who make this difficult journey easy and fun! I think more than me it was her who was determined To get me back in shape."
She had further added, "Coordinating with my trainer, curating a diet according to my needs, likes and requirements ,following up morning to evening! I Am not a client to her I Am a mission! Today my achievement of health and losing weight is All because of YOU Dr. @kskadakia (sic)."
In recent times, after her transformation, Shweta has been actively sharing pictures of herself wearing body-hugging dresses and gowns. Shweta had also recently shared photos from an award function. Shweta had donned a black body-hugging gown and looked stunning in it.
