Shaheer Sheikh and Ruchikaa Kapoor's dating rumours sparked off after the former put up an Instagram post addressing Kapoor as his girl.
Television actor Shaheer Sheikh recently made headlines when he indirectly spoke about his rumoured girlfriend Rukchikaa Kapoor and addressed her as 'my girl' in an Instagram post. The post went viral as fans rejoiced on seeing the actor almost confirm his relationship. However, no formal announcement was made from either Shaheer or Ruchikaa, denying or confirming their relationship status.
But, fans believe there surely is something brewing between the two keeping in mind Ruchikaa's latest 'LIT' comment on Shaheer's post.
On Monday, the 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke' actor took to his verified Instagram to post an approximately one-minute-thirty-seconds video, where the small-screen star can be seen working out with a lot of dedication and energy.
In the video, Shaheer can be seen giving his all, indulging in boxing to weight-lifting to achieve his chiselled body. And while his intense workout session left fans in awe of the actor, Shaheer's rumoured girlfriend Ruchikaa too took the opportunity to take to the comments section of the post and heap praise on the actor with the use of three consecutive fire emojis, hinting that he is 'LIT'.
Ruchikaa's comment when noticed by fans, left them asking for more and added fuel to fire, making fans come to the conclusion that the two indeed are in a relationship.
Earlier, in an Instagram post, Shaheer shared rumoured girlfriend Ruchikaa's photo, addressing her as 'my girl'.
In the photos clicked by Shaheer, Ruchikka whose face was hidden curly hair was seen in a blue denim midi dress and white sneakers. Shaheer captioned the post, "Mommy there is something in the backyard... #swipeleft #ikigai #madMe #girlwithcurls."
A Japanese phrase, 'ikigai' which means 'value of being alive'.
Earlier it was rumoured that Shaheer is dating his Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi co-star Erica Fernandes. However, they never confirmed it.
Back in 2018, Sheikh had shared about how his parents want him to tie the knot soon.
He had told BT, "My parents have tried everything, photos dikhaaye hain bahut baar. I remember this one time when I was out shopping with my sister, and a girl met me at the mall, which was secretly arranged by my mom. My parents, who are currently in Mumbai, have been breathing down my neck for me to settle down. They have vowed that they won't go back home until I get married. So, I will have to figure a way out (laughs!)."
