Shaheer Sheikh has sweetest reaction on friend Ruslaan Mumtaz joining cast of 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke'

Shaheer Sheikh, Rhea Sharma, Kaveri Priyam, and Ritvik Arora's Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke has been a fan favourite ever since it aired. For the uninformed, the show is a spin-off of the Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. 

During the unlock phase right now, the shoots have resumed and a few new people have started to enter the show. Ruslaan Mumtaz has also been added to the show where he will be seen essaying the role of Varun Soni. Ruslaan has previously worked with both Shaheer as well as Rhea and is friends with Shaheer for the past 11 years.

He also recently shared a picture with Rhea aka Mishti on Instagram and wrote, "Two years ago we shot for an episode of#laalishq which people really appreciated and today we are back to sharing screen space again. The picture became a fan favourite since it was posted and none other than Shaheer himself dropped a red heart on this post as he was smitten by their bond.

Shaheer had recently also shared a post on his Instagram stories and wrote, "This post itself shows how down to earth and humble you (Ruslaan) are. We had a great time back then and I am sure we will have a blast shooting for #yehrishteyhainpyaarke and trust me @directorskutproduction is as good as it can get. They love their people and actually take care of them. Welcome to the family bro. And thank you @rajan.shahi.543 for reuniting me with my old friend."
