Adult animated sitcom BoJack Horseman has been renewed for a fifth season on Netflix.

The show narrates the story of a depressed alcoholic horse called BoJack, which voice stars actor Will Arnett in the titular role.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the fourth season of the series showed BoJack reconnect with his mother and meeting a young woman who believed she might be his daughter.

The show's Instagram account posted a video which hints that in the next spell of the show the viewers will see the horse star in 'Philbert', the TV show produced by Princess Carolyn, a manager.

The airing date of the show is yet to be announced.

Created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, BoJack Horseman also voice features Aaron Paul, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie and Paul F Tompkins.

Several celebrities who have done voice cameos on the show include Lin-Manuel Miranda, Matthew Broderick, Rami Malek, Lake Bell, Jessica Biel, Zach Braff and Paul Giamatti.
