Kaun Banega Crorepati presented itself with another surprising episode since yet another contestant came closer to Rs one crore but could not take it home. 19-year-old trainee pilot Himanshu Dhuria decided to let go of Rs. one crore and instead settled for Rs. 50 lakhs which he had already won.
The question posed by the host Amitabh Bachchan read, “Whose Persian translation of several Upanishads is known as the ‘Sirr-e-Akbar’?” The options for the same were Abul Fazal, Shah Wallulah Dehlvi, Dara Shikoh and Ahmad al-Sirhindi.
For the uninitiated, the answer to this question, which Dhuria failed to state, was Dara Shikoh. Already working on a movie based on the character, along with many other characters, Karan Johar and Ranveer Singh knew the answer to Rs. 1 crore question.
"I knew the 1 crore answer!!!!!! #DARASHIKOH and so would you have @RanveerOfficial #TAKHT," shared Karan Johar on his Twitter handle as soon as the question was posed on Tuesday night.

Dara Shikoh is often referred to as Sirr-e-Akbar, which translates as 'The Greatest Mystery'. He was the eldest son of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, and had an epic battle with his brother Aurangzeb. Karan Johar's directorial Takht, too, would focus on that aspect.
