Ishqbaaz actress Nisha Singh Bhadli suffered a parylsis stroke and now has very little sensation, revealed actor-husband Sanjay
Popular Television actress Nisha Singh Bhadli, seen in 'Hitler Didi', 'Qubool Hai' and 'Ishqbaaz', is now paralyzed with a little bit of sensation. She suffered her second paralysis stroke in February this year, after her first in the same month last year.
Nisha's husband Sanjay Singh Bhadli has asked for financial help after the COVID-19 situation and unemployment during the tough times, worsened the situation for them. He said that it is tough to take care of medical expenses alone, and thus, was left with no other option but to reach out.
"Though Nishi is doing better, we still need money for her medical and other expenses. We have dried up all our savings in the past two years. Jo tha sab chala gaya. I have even mortgaged our flat, as we were in dire need of money. We cannot fall back on our families, as hers isn't financially sound and mine had disowned me when I decided to join showbiz. We have been struggling and need help," said Sanjay in an interview with Times of India.
Speaking about her situation, the actor-husband added, "In February, 2019, she collapsed in the house. She was immediately hospitalised and for seven-eight days, she even failed to recognise anyone. We eventually brought her back home. She was getting better, but around Raksha Bandhan this year, she again suffered a paralytic stroke on the left side of her body. There is sensation, but it's as good as nothing as she needs assistance for everything."
Nishi and Sanjay have two children - a 16-year-old daughter and 19-year-old son. While their son lives with his maternal grandparents in Delhi, their daughter lives in the same roof with them.
