Game of Thrones season eight episode five is considered by one of the worst episodes on the show ever by the fans. People couldn't stop criticising the penultimate episode titled 'The Bells' which was about the last war. The much-awaited battle was fought between Cersei Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen for the Iron Throne. The next sentence is a spoiler! Although it was the war which people were waiting to witness, it turned out to be a massacre as Dany rode her Drogon all over King's Landing and destroyed it with fire.

Soon after the episode ended, people took to their social media pages and started slamming the co-creators and showrunners D.B. Weiss and David Benioff. It so happened that, both of them went on to be listed as 'Bad Writers' on Google. As per reports on Metro News, this is called 'Google Bombing'. If one thread on Reddit gets a thumbs up by many, it will lead to the top of the search engine and that's what the angry fans of the show did.

Currently, Game of Thrones is inching towards its end as the show's finale episode will be airing next week on May 20, 2019. In the latest episode, the show witnessed the deaths of Lord Varys, Qyburn, Jaime Lannister, Cersei Lannister, Hound, Mountain among others. We will have to wait and watch to see the ultimate fate of the Iron Throne.
