It is still an year to go for the final season, i.e. the 8th season of Game of Thrones to air. For now, legions of fans of GoT have to wait for scrap of news from the shooting to satisfy their curiosity. And, courtesy Belfast Live and other kind folks, new pictures from King's Landing have emerged.

And from the pictures it is evident that the show art production lead by Deborah Riley have done a stellar job. The set is located in Titanic Studio at Belfast. There is no major spoilers at such from the pictures, except the fact that winter has arrived in the Westerosi capital of King's Landing. Pictures show snow in front of the massive entrance to the capital. 

Other pictures are of the inner-city street. Interestingly, Lannister flags are still flying high. But for how long?

The third major picture is of Red Keep, which honestly looks more like the Pink Keep in the pictures.

Capital King's Landing is expected to be a major centre-piece of action in the final season. Some predict the Army of Dead may march into the capital, which is almost surely going to have an apocalyptic outcome.
