All the fans of Sunil Grover heaved a sigh of relief when it was recently reported that Sunil is all set to be back on TV with his new show on the same channel as The Kapil Sharma Show. Since Kapil's Show has already been pulled down and Krushna Abhishek's The Drama Company's designated number of episodes are also coming to an end, it was earlier reported that Sunil's new show will take the time slot of The Drama Company.

Now, a report on the Times of India suggests that Kiku Sharda from The Kapil Sharma Show, Ali Asgar and Sugandha Mishara and some more team members from The Drama Company will be seen joining Sunil Grover in his comeback show. The report further stated sources informing them that Sunil and Kiku have already started rehearsing for the show. Well, if that is true, then the viewers can surely expect some great humour on the show with the jodi of Gutthi and Palak reuniting after such a long time.

The report further hinted that with this development, the possibilities of Kapil Sharma to make a comeback with his show in October, are quite slim. Sunil's new show is expected to be premiere by next month, most probably on October 1. The Drama Company on the while hand is to go off air and dance reality show Super Dancer is said to take its place on the channel.

Since comedians like Kiku Sharda who've stood by Kapil through thick and thin, are reportedly joining Sunil's show, it raises the evident question, whether Kapil's friends are deserting him? Previous reports had revealed that the old team members of The Kapil Sharma show are not willing to work with the creative director Rajiv Dhingra, who's apparently to blame for Kapil's downfall. The TOI report further quoted a source close to Sunil as saying, "Kapil's friends (actors) who have worked with him and stood by him during thick and thin still love him. But they don't want to be associated with Kapil till the time creative control of the show is in the hands of Rajiv Dhingra. Because of the debacle of Mad In India which also had Sunil. They don't want to do any show where Rajiv is creatively involved or has an upper hand. So the entire team of actors have decided to work on another show."
