DNA Exclusive: Shantanu Maheshwari on owning a team in India's first-ever hip-hop league

Shantanu Maheshwari, who is an incredible dancer and an actor has added another feather to his cap. He has become the proud league owner of India's first-ever and largest Hip-Hop league by Breezer Vivid Shuffle. The brand ambassadors for the event are Kriti Sanon and Vijay Deverakonda with whom Shantanu conducted an Instagram live session recently. He will be leading, guiding and mentoring an entire dance league of his own for the event, comprising of not only hip-hop dancers, but artists from different beats like rap, breakers, graffiti artists, poppers etc who will be under his guidance through the coming months. 

Sharing his excitement, Shantanu exclusively told DNA, "I am super excited to be a league owner for India's first-ever hip-hop league event by Breezer Vivid Shuffle. Helping recognize talent which needs to be showcased to the world has always been my aim, so getting to do that as well as mentor and guide these young aspiring talented people through this league is something I am eagerly looking forward to!"

The actor added, "This time though it's going to be a great mix of talents from various categories like rapping, breaking, popping, hip-hop and graffiti coming together, and I personally feel that so much amazing potential being put together under 1 roof is a brilliant way to make them all stand out and shine. Through the course of the league, I am going to ensure that all those part of my league importantly enjoys themselves throughout the competition and that I can hopefully guide them all in the best way possible."
