Reportedly, the third season of 'Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi' will pick up from where it left in season 2 and there may be a leap of 3-5 years.
Actors Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes are all set to return to the small screen in one of their most popular roles, namely Dev and Sonakshi in the much-awiated tnhird season of the hit show 'Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi'.
The TV stars took to social media to share a cute video to announce 'KRPKAB' season 3. In the BTS video that Shaheer shared, he can be seen walking with Erica while they flash smiles and have some fun together.
The title track of the show which became an instant hit with the audience, played in the background while Erica and Shaheer displayed a glimpse of their sizzling chemistry.
The 'Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke' actor shared the clip along with the caption, "Devakshi". Erica too shared the same video clip with the exact same caption.

As soon as Shaheer and Erica shared the clip on their respective Instagram handle, fans have flooded the comments section with their messages. They expressed their excitement about seeing their favourite on-screen couple again.
"My Sharica is actually coming back, I am so happy," wrote a user. "Eagerly waiting for season 3," wrote another. "Did you just make 2021 better? YES YOU DID!

Meanwhile, Supriya Pilgaonkar who will be reprising her role as Shaheer's onscreen mother in the third season of the show, took to the comments section of Shaheer's post and wrote, "Yayyyy. . My rock stars. Can’t wait for actionnnnnnn."
Earlier, while speaking to ETimes, Erica Fernandes had confirmed that she was set to return for the third season of the show. She revealed that Sonakshi's character has always been immensely special for her and it was the very role that got her where she has reached today, adding that it was one of the reasons why she agreed to return to the third season. "The role has gotten me where I am today. If it wasn't for the character that I played, I don't think I would be where I am today. It does hold a special place in my heart and that's one of the reasons I said yes for the third season,” said Erica.
