'Can marry online, but have to wear 10 kg lehenga,' says soon-to-be bride Sugandha Mishra on wedding with Sanket Bhosale

Comedienne and singer Sugandha Mishra who recently revealed that she is going to tie the knot with longtime beau, fellow comedian Sanket Bhonsle, opened up about her love story in an interview with a leading daily and disclosed that she would not settle for anything less than her dream lehenga if it is a wedding ceremony to be performed in front of just 20 people. As per Sugandha, her dream lehenga must weigh at least 10 kg. 

While speaking to Times of India, Sugandha disclosed that it was Sanket who proposed to her in his usual comic way. She further added that everyone around them was happy to see them as a couple officially. 

About her wedding, Sugandha said that she doesn't care how many people are going to attend it, adding that she intends to fulfil her dream of becoming the most stunning bride. 

She was quoted as saying, "I have done most of my wedding shopping online and you won't believe I had started the preparation from December for my wedding attire. I am very particular about my wedding outfit because for me it doesn't matter if the marriage is happening with 20 people, I always wanted to wear a 10 kg lehenga. I can marry online also but I have to wear a lehenga."

Revealing further details about her dream attire, Sugandha said, "I wanted to wear red but these days pastels colours are in trend and no one opts for red. So, luckily I have got a lehenga which has all the stuff and design which I wanted but it is in off-white. I am wearing an off-white lehenga. It has a temple, peacock and all the designs which I wanted."

For the unversed, Sugandha and Sanket are all set to tie the knot on April 26 in Jalandhar. The wedding will take place according to Hindu traditions.

It was on April 17 that Sugandha and Sanket announced the news of their engagement by sharing a few romantic pictures on Instagram.

The two have worked together in several TV shows including 'The Kapil Sharma show'.
