'BB OTT' Day 17: Nomination task unites housemates as Nishant-Moose get saved, Raqesh Bapat opens up on his divorce

The ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ house is full of over-the-top fights, drama, and emotions, and today’s episode was an apt depiction of that. The day started with a fight between Nishant Bhat and boss lady Divya Agarwal over food. Divya was unaware that Akshara Singh and Shamita Shetty had swapped their duties resulting in no breakfast for the housemates. 

Akshara then makes a snarky comment about Neha and said she only knows ow to spread her legs, something which immensely offered Shamita. This lead to a greater argument where Akshara raised questions over Shamita’s ‘mentality'. Neha claimed that Akshara was lashing out at her as Pratik formed a connection with her.

Pratik also defended Neha and said that everyone is only blaming her and he is equally responsible. Akshara later goes inside the washroom and breaks down. Bigg Boss gave contestants a task to save one connection from nomination this week.

In a task that confused the housemates and brought them together too, Divya and Zeeshan Khan wrote Nishant and Moose Jattana’s names on the paper. Next in line, Shamita and Raqesh Bapat tore the paper. This was followed by other contestants and eventually, Nishant and Moose were saved from this week’s nomination. Bigg Boss gave the audience a chance to save one more connection from nomination.

After the task ended, Raqesh and Shamita had a disagreement about who they support in the game. While Raqesh said Nishant and Moose are playing a good game, Shamita objected saying she and Raqesh were also string contenders.

Later, the two sought out their differences and Raqesh opened up about the struggles he faced after moving to Bombay from Pune, when his father passed away and even talked about his divorce from actress Riddhi Dogra. Just as the two patch up, Bigg Boss announces that the views have saved them from this week’s nomination.

During the live feed, a shocking development took place where Zeeshan Khan was evicted from the house after he got into a physical fight with Pratik Sehajpal.
