'Bigg Boss 12' December 17, 2018 Written Update: Somi Khan feels betrayed by Romil Chaudhary and Deepak Thakur

The episode begins with Day 91 when Surbhi Rana is having a conversation with Romil Chaudhary in the morning. She’s hurt with Romil saying bad things about her, trying to put her in the wrong, during the Weekend Ka Vaar. Later at night, Surbhi explains to Somi Khan how she has been trying to be nice to Romil, thinking that he’s sad, but points out that he has never appreciated it and always behaved in an arrogant manner.

On Day 92, the housemates of Bigg Boss 12 wake up to the tunes of Hawan Karenge at 8 am. Sreesanth tells Dipika Kakar in the garden area that Dipika and Karanvir Bohra will be fighting it out in the grand finale of Bigg Boss 12. He says that the two of them are the popular faces of the channel so they will be there in the finale. Sree adds that this is his fifth reality show and that’s what happens in reality shows. Dipika says that she doesn’t agree with his thoughts and doesn’t want to have this conversation. She walks out.

Later in the afternoon, Sree is lying in the bedroom when Dipika comes to speak to him. She asks Sree to tell her why does he think that she and KV will be in the top 2 since they’re the faces of two popular daily soaps of the same channel. Sree says that everyone from the channel gets a preference except him. Dipika loses it and says that the entire house blames her for being by his side all the time. She says the housemates keep saying things like she gets preferential treatment and now even he has said that she’s there in the 14^th week because she’s been given preference. She walks out and goes to the garden with tears in her eyes. Surbhi and KV try to console her.

KV tells Sree to talk to Dipika. Sree explains that he was talking in general that people from the same channel get preference and says that Dipika took it personally. KV says that nobody gets a preference here (on Bigg Boss).

At 11 am, Sree tells Dipika that how can she still be hurt for something he said earlier. They keep on fighting verbally. Now Sree says that he’s hurt. Dipika walks out crying and sits alone in a corner. Sree comes to console her. Sree tells her that this is the first time he’s come to console a person apart from his wife. He then apologises to Dipika and tries really hard to manao her. They finally patch up.

At noon, KV reads the letter which has the rules for the task Bigg Boss Fire Station. This task will be the chance for the contestants to become the contenders for ticket to finale week. A fire brigade was set up in the garden area and two buildings with windows opposite to it. All the contestants had to be the firefighters. With each fire alarm, two contestants had go in the fire brigade and pictures of two other contestants would appear on the window of each building. The fire fighters present in the fire brigade had to mutually decide who they wanted to save for the finale week and put out the fire of that window.The other contestant would get half cross on their name as they had two chances to save themselves. If there was a full cross on any contestant's name, that contestant would be eliminated from the finale race.

The housemates begin planning and plotting as soon as they get to know the rules. Deepak Thakur tells KV that they need to pick two more contestants who will sit inside the fire ambulance and keep rotating among themselves. They consider speaking to Sree but then chuck out the possibility considering his mood swings.

The task begins around 3 pm. KV and Somi are the first to enter the ambulance. Somi and KV decide that they will prefer themselves over everybody else. At first, Surbhi and Romil’s pictures appear first. They both decide to save Romil and burn Surbhi’s building. One half of the cross is placed on Surbhi’s face.

Dipika wants to go next, but Somi and KV say that Deepak Thakur and Romil had already said that they will go next and that they’re waiting. Surbhi tries to reason with Somi and asks her why did she choose save Romil. Somi and KV give her reasons that they’re now only thinking about themselves and eliminating competition.

Surbhi then tells Deepak that after him and Romil, she and Dipika will go inside the ambulance. Deepak starts laughing. Romil tells Deepak that no matter what happens, they both will never agree to eliminate each other.

Sree and Dipika discuss that Romil and Deepak will never allow Surbhi to enter the ambulance, so the two of them should go inside after Deepak and Romil. Surbhi on the other hand keeps on trying to convince Somi to give her the chance to go inside the ambulance.

Meanwhile, KV announces that he and Somi are giving their seat to Deepak and Romil. Romil tells KV and Somi that no matter what happens, three people from among them (KV, Romil, Deepak and Somi) will be the contenders. On the next round, Somi and Deepak’s pictures appear in flames. At first Deepak says that he’ll save Somi. Somi shouts that they should play for themselves. Then Deepak agrees and burns Somi’s picture. Half a cross is places on Somi’s picture.

KV asks Deepak to give him the seat next. Dipika and Sree also ask them to rotate. They make it clear that Romil, Deepak, Somi and KV will keep on rotating the seat among them. Sree protests but then leaves them alone. Both Dipika and Sree come back inside the house. Surbhi tells Dipika and Sree that they should not give up and try to convince them to rotate the seat. Dipika says that they’ve tried enough and now they won’t do that.

At 5 pm, Romil and Deepak’s pictures appears in flames. Somi and KV decide to let Romil’s picture burn and save Deepak. Half a cross is placed on Romil’s picture. Surbhi still tries to convince them all to rotate the seat and give a fair chance to everyone. Somi finally tells KV that they should consider giving a chance to surbhi.

This time, KV and Somi’s picture appears in flames. Romil and Deepak let KV’s pic burn and save Somi. They then rotate the seat and bring in KV and Somi on the seat.

Next, Dipika and Sree’s pictures appears in flames. KV and Somi burn Dipika’s pic and save Sree. Half a cross is placed on Dipika’s pic. They then call Romil and Deepak to rotate the seat. At the next alarm, Romil and Somi’s pic appears. Somi asks Romil to play for himself. Romil tells Deepak to save Somi. Deepak tries to convince Romil to play for himself, especially when he had made a deal with him right in the beginning, saying no matter what happens, the two of them won’t eliminate each other. After a lot of deliberation, Romil gives the word and says that they should let Somi’s picture burn. Deepak announces that in the 14^th week, everyone will play for themselves individually and so they’re eliminating Somi and saving Romil.

The second half of the cross is placed on Somi’s pic and she is eliminated from being the contender for the ticket to finale week. Bigg Boss announces that the duration of the task for the day is over.

Deepak asks Romil why was he considering to save Somi. Romil says that all that he gets reminded of all that Somi has done for him.

After the duration of the task is over, Deepak tells Somi about the deal that he and Romil had made in the beginning. He tells her that Romil had asked him if he had to pick between Somi and Romil, who would he pick and then Deepak had promised that he will always pick Romil. Somi is visibly hurt on hearing this. She says that if Romil has to play the game then he should not try to hide behind the garb of being the bigger person by showing that he’s considering to save Somi. He should play the game practically. Somi then goes to Romil and tells him the same. She also says that she’ll show who she’s favouring in the game tomorrow.

Romil then comes to Deepak to clarify things and tells him that he never asked Deepak to make a promise that he will save Somi, adding that Deepak promised it on his own. Somi says that she’s done with them both as they again made pacts without even informing her or taking her opinion into consideration. Deepak loses his mind and asks her not to speak with him in the next two weeks. Somi says she won’t speak with both of them. The episode comes to an end.
