Ashi Singh replaces Avneet Kaur in 'Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga'

Days after reports of Avneet Kaur quitting 'Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hi Hoga' made rounds of the internet, now it has been confirmed that the actress has been replaced by Ashi Singh. Ashi gained fame with the Television show 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai'.

Ashi would play the new Yasmin in 'Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hi Hoga', while Siddharth Nigam has been retained as Aladdin on the show. Siddharth and Avneet's jodi was loved by fans, who gave them the pet name Siddneet.

Ashi is expected to be seen in a lot of action in the show, unlike Naina from 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai'. The show had been halted for three months due to the lockdown. Ashi is expected to shoot a character introduction on the show.

 On the other hand, Avneet, who was associated with the show for a long time, could not go back to the sets fearing she might be too weak to resume shoots currently. She along with her parents decided that the best decision at this time would be to quit the show.
