Bigg Boss 13 contestant Arti Singh, in a recent interview to an entertainment portal said that she was a good friend of Sushant Singh Rajput's and that she had also spoken to Ankita Lokhande after his death. Sushant's tragic death sent shockwaves in the industry, especially his close friends, family, and fans who still can't seem to get over the untimely death of the late actor who died by suicide.
BollywoodLife cited a report, quoting Arti and said, "I had known Sushant through Ankita (Lokhande) only. He was a very nice guy and was very motivating. I have spoken to Ankita and asked her if she is fine. Ankita needs her space and I want to give her that."
Ankita has maintained radio silence since Sushant's death even on all her social media platforms. Her last post was on Instagram on June 13, a day before Sushant's death. She was last seen at the Sushant's residence a day after his death. She came to pay a visit to his father and family members.
Sushant and Ankita's bond was not only spoken about by his father KK Singh after the actor's death but also by their friend and producer Sandip Ssingh who wrote some heartfelt things about Ankita Lokhande's 'pure love' for the late actor. He wrote, "The things you did to bring a smile on Sushant's face. Even today, I believe that only you two were made for each other. You both are true love. These thoughts, these memories are hurting my heart...how do I get them back! I want them back! I want 'us three' back!"
