During an interaction, Rashami Desai's close friend Devoleena Bhattacharjee, who is currently out of 'Bigg Boss 13' house spoke about Salman Khan's revelation on Arhaan Khan having a child.
During Bigg Boss 13's Weekend Ka Vaar episode, host Salman Khan made a shocking revelation about Arhaan Khan which broke Rashami Desai. The superstar revealed that Arhaan was married before and has a child which Rashami had no idea. She was inconsolable and Salman had to come inside Bigg Boss house to settle the matters. This did not go well with many viewers as they were divided over the fact that it's scripted and Arhaan is a cheat too.
During an interaction with Bombay Times, when Devoleena Bhattacharjee was asked about the whole incident, she called Arhaan a fraud. The actor stated, "I have met Arhaan only inside the house. When he re-entered the show, I felt that he really liked Rashami and wanted to propose to her. But now, I am thankful to Salman sir for letting Arhaan’s secret out because he is a fraud. And for me, if someone is a fraud, he will continue to be one. If I were in Rashami’s place, I would never forgive Arhaan."
She further told the daily, "People know Arhaan only because of Rashami. Otherwise, he is hardly known in the industry. Once a guy lies to you, he will forever lie to you. I can say this because I have experienced a similar phase in my life and can connect with what Rashami is going through. It is easy to forgive someone you are really attached to because you are in love and want to settle down."
Devoleena concluded by saying, "I feel that Arhaan is that kind of a man, who is taking advantage of her. I don’t think anyone should get married in haste. If you are financially secure, there is nothing to worry, you can get emotional support from any family member or even a friend. A man should not be the be-all and end-all of everything in life. I feel Rashami should take her time before moving on with Arhaan because, at the end of the day, it is about living a happy life."
The actor is currently out of the Bigg Boss 13 house owing to her back injury.
