Pankit revealed that he sought the help of several counsellors to save his marriage but nothing seemed to have worked.
'Dill Mill Gaye' fame Pankit Thakker recently expressed his wish to participate in the controversial reality show 'Bigg Boss', hosted by Salman Khan.
The actor who shot to fame with the popular serial 'Kabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii' which originally aired on DD Metro, said that he was inspired by 'Bigg Boss 14' winner Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Kohli who saved their marriage by appearing on the show together, adding he wants to do the same and participate in "Bigg Boss' with wife, actress Prachi Kowli Thakker.
In an interview with ETimes,Pankit Thakker said, "After watching Rubina and Abhinav, who beautifully saved their marriage after featuring in the Salman Khan show. I even want to try giving final chance to my marriage. I hope Prachi will also not mind doing the show."
Pankit revealed that he sought the help of several counsellors to save his marriage but nothing seemed to have worked. He added that both his wife and he found peace living separately. "We went to notable counselors around but it couldn't help us out. We tried almost every possible way to save our marriage. But we found peace and happiness after living separately," he said.
Pankit tied the knot with Prachi in September 2000. While Prachi has done several shows including 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay', 'Sethji' and 'Havan', Pankit is currently doing Star Plus's 'Apki Nazron Ne Samjha'.
