Bharti Singh is the news lately for her massive weight loss transformation. The comedienne revealed that she lost 15 KGs, went from 91 Kgs to 76 Kgs by following intermittent fasting. Bharti had, however, said that she didn’t follow any diet and ate things like ghee and parantha but within the limited time period and the results are just stunning.
2.Shweta Tiwari
Shweta Tiwari is known as TV's sexy mama but not many know the once the actress also put on a few extra kilos. In Feb this year, the actress had shared her before and after photos and the transformation is pretty obvious and she looks remarkable. In an older post on Instagram, Shweta had shared a picture with her nutritionist and talked at length about how she lost heaps of weight.

Recently, choreographer Remo D’Souza had recently shared before and after photos of his wife Lizelle D’Souza’s weight loss transformation and it took the internet by storm. The picture on the left captures the couple in traditional attire, in which Lizelle is yet to undergo her weight loss journey. The right one is a recently clicked picture, where the couple can be seen dressed in western outfits and Lizelle looks completely transformed, confidently flaunting her sexy looks.
4.Avika Gor
‘Balika Vadhu’ fame a few months ago had become the talk of the town when she stunned everyone with her physical transformation. The actress in a long note on Instagram penned about how she decided to take charge after struggled to lose weight and getting back in shape. She narrated a story about embracing her body with sheer love. Avika in an interview had credited her boyfriend, Milind Chandwani for her transformation.
