Soon after healing, Lakshman was already at war with Indrajeet, played by Vijay Arora. It is to be noted that he was injured in the first place due to Indrajeet's arrow, and they were already back on the battlefield.

Lord Hanuman was bathing, when he is attacked by a crocodile, who turns into a lady that informs him about Kalanemi trying to stop him from getting the Sanjeevani booti. Soon, Hanuman finds a priest and realizes it is Kalanemi and kills him with his bare foot.

After killing Kalanemi, Lord Hanuman went on to fetch Sanjeevani booti. After being granted and confused which plant is Sanjeevani booti, he grows in size and picks up the whole Mountain and travels to where Lakshman was injured. However, he is injured on the way, surprise, by Bharat, who is Lord Ram and Lakshman's younger brother. On hearing Hanuman mouthing Ram, Bharat wakes him up and they share an emotional exchange (of tears). An angry Bharat tells Lord Hanuman he would destroy Indrajeet's weapons but Lord Hanuman politely declines him and returns to Lakshman with Sanjeevani booti.

Lakshman, who lies on Lord Ram's lap, returns to life after drinking the Sanjeevani booti. Meanwhile, Raavan's son Indrajeet, also known as Meghnad, asks Lord Brahma for power of immortality, but gets refused and in turn knows exactly how he would die. He performs the yagna before going on a battle with Lakshman. This time, however, he did not expect to see Vibhishana, who happens to be Ravan's younger brother, supporting Lakshman in the yudh. The battle begins and just when it appeared that they were going for a tie, Indrajeet pulled on some moves which backfired. He used Brahma, Shiva and Narayana's weapons, but on seeing Lakshman respect them, they all returned back to Indrajeet, who is now shocked at the turn of events.
