This is the first time Hina Khan has made it in the top 10
'Jamai Raja' actress Nia Sharma has once again claimed a spot in top 3 of the 50 Sexiest Asian Women list released by UK-based weekly newspaper Eastern Eye. While she was adjudged as the second sexiest Asian woman last year, she has come a position down to take the No. 3 spot this time. The first two positions have been claimed by Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra respectively. Last year, Priyanka Chopra topped the list, while Deepika was placed at No. 3 after Twisted star Nia Sharma.
The rest of the top 10 completing the 2018 list includes Shivangi Joshi (5), Alia Bhatt (6), Sonam Kapoor (7), Hina Khan (8), Katrina Kaif (9) and Niti Taylor (10).
Other highlights include Helly Shah (11), Drashti Dhami (12), Jennifer Winget (13), Erica Fernandes (15), Surbhi Chandna (16), Gauahar Khan (17), Anushka Shetty (22), Armeena Rana Khan (24), Aishwarya Rai Bachchan (30), Athiya Shetty (31), Jameela Jamil (34), Jasmin Walia (38), Mehwish Hayat (40), Iqra Aziz (46) and Jacqueline Fernandez (47).
TV actress Nia Sharma, who is currently seen in 'Ishq Mein Marjawan' as Arohi, has featured in TV serials like 'Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai' and 'Jamai Raja', is known for her inimitable style and bold fashion moments. Nia has been ranked number three in the list of '50 Sexies Asian Women' poll done by a London-based weekly newspaper. The actress has held on to her position as the sexiest TV star in the list for the third year in a row.
Shivangi Joshi, who currently plays the role of Naira in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', has ranked fifth on the list. In 2017, she was at number 16.
The actress was quite taken aback when the results came out. "I'm sexy and I know it, I wish I could say that!" she told BollywoodLife.com. The actress further added, "Totally unexpected. Always thought of myself as cute but "sexy" I'll take it any day."
Hina Khan, the former lead of 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', has been making waves with her style makeover and successful stint in 'Bigg Boss 12'. She is currently seen as Komolika in the reboot of 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' and is also working on her debut film, 'Lines'.
'Ghulaam' actress Niti Taylor, who was seen in romantic webseries 'Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan' this year, made her debut in the top 10, this year.
