'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9' winner Punit Pathak engaged to Nidhi Moony Singh; Varun Dhawan says 'Congratulations mere bhai'

Choreographer Punit Pathak, who had recently won 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9' trophy is now engaged to Nidhi Moony Singh, and got a special congratulatory wish from Varun Dhawan

Choreographer Punit Pathak, who has become a renowned face after his stints on Television and in movies, is happily engaged to Nidhi Moony Singh. The couple exchanged rings in a private ceremony. Punit made the official announcement through his Instagram handle.

Punit J Pathak is best remembered for his stint in 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9'. He eventually won the show. Punit has been part of movies like 'ABCD' and 'Nawabzaade', and was last seen in 'Street Dancer 3D' opposite Varun Dhawan, who had the sweetest congratulatory message for the newly engaged choreographer-actor. The movie also starred Shraddha Kapoor, who simply liked Punit's posts.

Punit shared the news of his engagement to Nidhi in three Instagram posts, in which the couple is seen posing with a ring on their hands. Nidhi was seen in a saree for the occasion, while Punit also opted for a traditional wear.

"To the beginning of ALWAYS! I sixth sense you @nidhimoonysingh," wrote Punit Pathak while sharing an image of him and fiance Nidhi Moony Singh, while also using the hashtag 'engaged'.

Punit and Nidhi flaunted their engagement rings in one of their photos. Punit wore a floral sherwani for the ceremony, while Nidhi was seen in a yellow-red saree. She also wore a maang-tika and green bangles on both her hands.

Punit and Nidhi were all smiles as they looked into the camera to pose for a picture.

Calling Nidhi Moony Singh his 'lobster', Punit Pathak shared an image of her on her birthday and wrote, "Happy birthday @nidhimoonysingh ! Celebrating this day to celebrate YOU ! you that made us - US ... celebrating this day to make you feel you are special, special in a way that I wanna celebrate you everyday !! May you be happy all the way with all your dreams coming true. Happy birthday to my strength, my weakness, My lobster!"

Many like Esha Gupta, Gauahar Khan, Faisal Khan, Remo D’Souza and Raghav Juyal commented 'congratulations' on Punit's post. However the most special surprise came from Varun Dhawan who shared an Instagram story and wrote, "Congratulations mere bhai," to Punit.
