On Friday, choreographer Punit J Pathak tied the knot with his ladylove Nidhi Moony Singh in a private ceremony in Lonavala. The duo had been dating for over two-and-a-half-years after which they decided to tie the knot.

The dance master had announced his engagement in August earlier this year in a surprising move.

And now, photos and videos of Punit's grand yet intimate wedding ceremony have been going viral on the internet.

While the bride looked gorgeous in a bright pink lehenga with intricate gold zari embroidery teamed with traditional heavy jewellery, Punit looked handsome in a soft pink sherwani teamed with white chudidaar and a turban. Nidhi also had a bandhani dupatta on her head.

Take a look at the photos here:

In a video shared by celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani, the couple can be seen hi-fiving each other while Nidhi tries to calm down a stressed-out Punit.

In an interview with Time of India just before tying the knot, Punit said, "It’s a mix of emotions. Nidhi and I are trying to be as normal as possible, but after every half an hour I feel a rush of emotions signalling my brain that damn, I am getting married! Nidhi and I have talked about it, and we would like to keep things the way they are now or say the way they have been since the day we first met. Nothing can be better than getting hitched to your best friend."
