DNA EXCLUSIVE: 'Sasural Simar Ka' fame Manish Raisinghan on celebrating 1st birthday with wife Sangeita after wedding

Manish Raisinghan, who shot to fame with his portrayal of Siddhanth Bhardwaj in Sasural Simar Ka, got married to his lady love Sangeita Chauhan on June 30 in a Gurudwara. 

Today as he turns 41 years old, it is a special lockdown birthday for him as it's his first as a married man. In an exclusive interview with DNA, Manish, talking about his married life said that it's fun and "torture" too but he is happy to live with his wife as they both "torture" each other equally which makes it fun. 

When asked about his lockdown birthday plans, Manish said, "Yaar, duniya ghumne jaane waala hu (going to travel the world), on Google. But now, mom, dad, and Sangeita have planned a surprise for me which I am already aware about because I am the one who is doing preparations for it. (laughs)." 

Speaking about the coronavirus lockdown and how are things getting back to normalcy, Manish said, "I have a film release lined up but it all depends on when the theatres reopen. Apart from that, I have 2 more films, the work on which will start as soon as there is a vaccine. Banwao yaar vaccine (Get a vaccine made man!). But meanwhile, I have a software start-up so I really can't complain, things are great." 

However, Manish also cleared that he will be at home as long its not safe outside anymore because his parents' health is his priority and he wouldn't want to take any risks with that.
