UP Aerospace Inc and GoPro have come together and finally put the camera to its fitting use.
GoPro cameras are known for being sturdy, and we have heard of GoPros surviving waterfalls without a scratch.
But did it survive space?
On November 6, 2015, UP Aerospace Inc and GoPro came together to launch a 6-metre tall SpaceLoft-10 into near space to test the stability and aerodynamics of the Maraia capsule when released from space.
Shot on multiple cameras, this video shows exactly how it would be to get launched from space and enter the atmosphere head first; certainly adds perspective to how you see Earth.
