During a storm, last Wednesday, two planes got struck by lightning and one of them was caught on camera.
One of the planes belonged to British Airways and the other was of Icelandair, although it is unconfirmed which of the planes was caught on camera.
Jet airplanes are designed to withstand lightning strikes, so the passengers did not feel anything besides a loud bang and a flash of light.
A British Airways spokesperson confirmed that the planes are built accordingly.
