After a recent unveiling of a new smartphone, and their first ever laptop, Xiaomi is now gearing up to release another completely new device, this time a virtual reality (VR) headset.Xiaomi General Manager Tang Mu reportedly confirmed that the company is working on a VR headset, compatible with Google’s new Daydream VR platform.According to Android Headlines, the headset is set to debut on August 1. Mu believes that none of the existing VR headsets for smartphones are fully tuned to MIUI, so the company has decided to build its own instead. No word has yet been received on when these devices might be up for sale, or how much they would even cost, let alone if they will be available in India.
