Xiaomi Redmi 3S to go on sale today at 12PM

Xiaomi’s Redmi 3S will go up on sale today, starting at 12PM. The device will be available on both mi.com and Flipkart at a price of Rs 6,999.

Crafted with a metal body, the Redmi 3S is 10 percent thinner than Redmi 2. It features a 5-inch HD display with a 720x1280 pixels resolution. The device is powered by a 1.1GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 2GB RAM. It includes an internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

Running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, the device packs in a 13MP rear camera along with a 5MP front facing camera. Connectivity features include 4G, Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth, Glonass, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and microUSB. A 4100mAh battery completes the package. It is available in dark grey, silver and gold color variants.
