One of the most eagerly awaited updates to Microsoft's latest generation console will officially arrive on September 13.Xbox Play Anywhere is meant to make it easy for gamers to play Xbox games on the PC and PC games on their Xbox and, just as importantly, save progress on one platform and pick up at the same point on another.Although the feature, demonstrated at the E3 conference, will be a free update, if Xbox owners want to take advantage of it they will need to download upcoming software updates for both the Xbox One and Windows 10.The first games that will support the feature will include ReCore and Gears of War.
