Xbox One to be launched in India at midnight on Tuesday

Karan Bajwa, Managing Director, Microsoft India hands over the very first pre-order Xbox One console to a fan at the Mumbai launch party. Looking on are Ram Narayan Iyer, Group Director Retail, Sales and Marketing, Chakrapani Gollapali, Country General Manager- Consumer Channels Group and Anshu Mor, Director- Interactive Entertainment Business.

Microsoft will launch Xbox One in India tonight. The much awaited gaming console will be made available exclusively on Amazon India and is already available for preorders at their website.

The Xbox One with Kinect bundle is priced at Rs 45,990 and the Xbox One without the Kinect bundle is priced at Rs 39,990. Amazon is giving away gifts worth Rs 6000 with both the gaming consoles. This includes the game FIFA 2015 and Dance Central Spotlight DLC for the Xbox One Kinect bundle and just FIFA 2015 for the Xbox One without the Kinect bundle.

It is also giving customers eGift coupon worth Rs 2,000, which can be used to get Rs 2,000 off on the purchase of Xbox controller, and Blu-ray set of two movies – The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Captain America – The Winter Soldier worth Rs 2,500.

The Xbox One box set will include a Console, Kinect (only in the Kinect Bundle), a Wireless Controller, a Chat Headset, a High Speed HDMI Cable, 500GB Hard Drive, 2 AA Batteries, Power Supply, and AC Power Cord along with a 14 Day Xbox Live Gold Trial Card.
