WhatsApp working toward several new features including preview of forwarded messages: Report

Facebook-owned messaging service WhatsApp is working toward introducing new features, including a new option of previewing forwarded messages, NDTV reported.

Some of the other features include being on vacation mode, and private reply on groups, the report added.

In case of previewing messages, WhatsApp tipster WABetaInfo informed that users will go through one more step before forwarding a text, image, GIF or video, thereby restricting their decision of forwarding a message.

Meanwhile, according to a report in BGR India, WhatsApp has opened up its iOS beta program for public now. Earlier, WhatsApp didn’t allow everyone to participate in the beta testing as it was limited to a select few. But similar to Android and Windows Phone public beta, any iOS user will now be able to use upcoming features of WhatsApp under beta.
