The new features appear on the app screen once the call has been disconnected. Three options will now be visible, namely - cancel, call back and record voice messages.

With the new feature, you could record a message, similar to voicemail while the call back feature simply allows a user to call back the person of she/she did not answer.

To try out the new feature, you can head to APK Mirror and download the apk or you could apply to the Google Play beta testing program for the new features.

In addition, WhatsApp is currently testing a new font for its Android and iOS app as well. At the moment, the font is rumored to be called 'FixedSys'. This font is the oldest font included with Microsoft Windows, and was also the same font that was used across Windows 1.0 OS in 1995.

Currently, Android beta users using version 2.16.179 are seeing the new font, along with iOS beta users as well. A report by FoneArena points out that to try out the new font, users will have to add three ` characters to your conversation. For example, you could send ```Hey, how are you today? ``` The text will also be previewed in the new font, before you send it.
