The Indian government  has reportedly conducted a survey to rank ministers on their accessibility on Twitter.According to The Telegraph, the study was carried out by the office of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and awarded Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj the top spot, for prompt responses to public grievances on the social media platform. Close behind, in second place, is railway minister Suresh Prabhu, someone quick to address problems of rail travel online. At number three is minister of state for coal, power, and ernewable energy, Piyush Goyal, with culture and tourism minister Mahesh Sharma in fourth. Junior finance minister Jayant Sinha rounds out the top five on the list. As for why the survey was carried out in the first place, unnamed government officials say Modi, during a meeting in January, asked all his cabinet members with direct responsibilities to the public to follow Prabhu's lead.
