Some wins and some losses in war against spam

Central government's move to crackdown on spam callers have delivered good results. Fearing the actions, telemarketers had to sort to new measures  to reach customers. 

Increasing numbers of apps has helped them to some extent. If there has been decline in spam calls and texts, increase in unsolicited messages through WhatsApp are on rise.  And this is why battle seems won on one end and lost on the other.
