The company has been working hard lately to add new features, and it seems to be paying off.
Snapchat has been on the warpath lately, adding new features over the past year, and that finally seems to be getting results. According to a report from the Financial Times, pictures and videos on the social media platform are being viewed over six billion times a day. The updated numbers are some much-needed validation for Snapchat, which has been working overtime to upgrade its platform with new features. Those include adding effects and filters, slow-mo and rewind on video, and adding Stories that don't disappear light typical Snaps.
