Samsung will unveil the Note7 in just a few hours. Here is everything we know so far about the device.

Samsung recently unveiled a 30-second ad of the upcoming Galaxy Note 7, which offers a sneak peak at its features. Additionally, one Redditor is leaked out specifications of the device in an AMA. In line with previous rumours, the device will be called Samsung Note7, as the advertisement shows a numerical order from 1 to 5 then shows a question mark and zooms out to a 'No'. The device could also include an Iris scanner, which proves that Samsung might offer us a new way to unlock the smartphone. Of course, the phone will be waterproof, as a shot in the ad shows off retro smartphones immersed in water.

This would be the first time that Samsung would be jumping over a number since it first introduced its Galaxy series.

Interestingly, one Redditor with a commendable track record for Samsung has shared specifications of the Note7 on a Reddit AMA. The specifications indicate that the smartphone will include a 4GB RAM along with 64GB internal storage. It will come equipped with a 12MP camera which will reportedly, “has a slow motion feature that will find only those objects or people moving around and slow them independently of the rest of the frame.”

As the advertisement showed off, the device will feature a retina scanner. It will include a 3500mAh battery and will use Gorilla Glass 4 for protection. Lastly, the S-Pen will be usable underwater as well!
