Back in August, OnePlus CEO Carl Pei had stated the the company would be releasing another smartphone by the end of the year and, according to a recent report by GizmoChina, that new smartphone is the OnePlus X. Leaked images, supposedly official renders of the smartphone, show a slim device with ultra thin bezels. The back, meanwhile, shows off a dual camera setup with LED flash, as well as a fingerprint sensor, and dual speaker grills on the bottom of the device. We can absolutely expect it to have USB Type-C, seeing as the OnePlus 2 made that jump, and rumours say the device will be a mid-range smartphone with Snapdragon 615 and a full HD display. We can expect the new OnePlus X to drop in December, likely in time for Christmas sales, at a rumoured price of about US $249 (approximately Rs 16,300).
